I am a Professor of Economics at the University of San Francisco (USF). I joined the Department of Economics at USF in 2006. Prior to my current position at USF, I was an assistant professor at the University of Southern Mississippi (2002-2006). I also taught at the Essex Summer School in Social Science Data Analysis and Collection at the University of Essex in England (2006-2008). I am currently serving as a research associate in the Hobby Center for Public Policy at the University of Houston (2007-present).
My teaching and research interests include monetary policy, learning dynamics, business-cycle theory, and foreign direct investment.
